Olympic
This design was inspired by the well-known Caribbean-style plantation homes. The fresh breeze and the awesome sea views make you feel right at home. La Cima Olympic comes in three variations. Olympic III features open concept living, a large back porch, and 3 bedrooms, one of them with a walk-in closet, two bathrooms and lots of storage space.
The total living space adds up to 144m2. If you prefer an extra bedroom, opt for the Olympic IV version. Part of the back porch is then transferred into an extra room. Are you all into the outdoor life, and in need of the fourth bedroom? Then the Olympic Deluxe is your perfect match. This design is known for its extended roofed porch, allowing for a total of 164m2of living space.
Scenic
La Cima Scenic (168 m2) can be seen as the perfect marriage between a classic Dutch 2-storey floor plan and a Caribbean plantation house look and feel. La Cima Scenic comes in two variations. The first floor features an open concept living room with an eat-in kitchen. For your convenience, a guest bathroom and a storage closet are added.
The second floor offers 3 good size bedrooms sharing a luxurious full bathroom. The rooftop terrace boasts awesome views overlooking the rugged North Coast. For a bit more luxury, consider upgrading to the Scenic Deluxe with a full master suite featuring a private bathroom and a walk-in closet.
Grote Berg
Grote Berg is a family oriented neighborhood, well known for its spacious setup, its refreshing breeze and its close proximity to Hato Airport, Curacao’s most beautiful beaches and all amenities. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood, partly well matured, partly still in development.
